Cancellation/Rescheduling  ​

• More than 24 hours before confirmed appointment, no charges apply.

• Less than 24 hours before confirmed appointment 100% of charge apply. In case the confirmed appointment can be re-scheduled with mutual consent within the same day of the scheduled appointment no charges apply.

No-show

In case client is not home or therapist is already on the way 100% of charges apply.

Health concerns

We would never want a client to undergo any treatment without medical clearance from her physician. Therefore in case the client no longer has such clearance from her physician to undergo our treatments a pro-rata refund of her current package will be applicable.
